Job summary

Confidential is seeking an Automation Engineer to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve PLC-controlled equipment and production lines to ensure reliability and efficiency. The role covers preventive and corrective maintenance, PLC programming support, and ongoing improvements.

The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate with relevant OJT or capstone projects in robotics or automation, capable of bearing maintenance and lifting up to 20kg, and willing to work onsite in Canlubang, Laguna.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome with relevant OJT experience (robotics or automation) or capstone project related to PLCs (Programmable Logic Controller).
• Knowledgeable in PLC programming, motor controls, automation systems, and control engineering concepts.
• Knowledgeable in preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, bearing maintenance, and condition monitoring.
• Must possess good communication skills, a high level of stress tolerance, and the ability to lift at least 20kg.
• Must be willing to work in Canlubang, Laguna (Full Onsite).

Responsibilities

• Maintains PLC-controlled equipment and automation systems.
• Troubleshoots PLC programs, motor controls, sensors, and automation equipment.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or related courses.
• Open to fresh graduates with relevant OJT experience (robotics or automation) or a capstone project related to PLCs (Programmable Logic Controller).
