Job summary

TOYOFLEX CEBU CORPORATION is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, and evaluate machines in the assigned area. You will collaborate with the production division to understand requirements, analyze designs, and improve prototypes through automation to boost productivity and efficiency.

The role requires a BS in Mechanical Engineering and proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks, with responsibility for creating detailed drawings and conducting PE evaluations for new components.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering and related courses.
• Knowledgeable in Mechanical Design Software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the production division to understand design requirements and specifications.
• Analyze existing designs and prototypes to identify areas for improvement.
• Design, develop and formulate production or machine improvements through automation activities that improve productivity and work efficiency.
• Use CAD software to create detailed 2D and 3D models of products.
• Create prototypes of designs for testing and evaluation and conduct tests to assess functionality, durability and performance.
• Create detailed documentation, including design specifications and technical drawings.
• Conduct PE Evaluation for new Die-Tool, Jigs and new parts.
