Job summary

Confidential is seeking an Automation Engineer to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve PLC-controlled equipment and production lines to ensure reliability and efficiency. The role covers preventive and corrective maintenance, PLC programming support, and ongoing improvements.

The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate with relevant OJT or capstone projects in robotics or automation, capable of bearing maintenance and lifting up to 20kg, and willing to work onsite in Canlubang, Laguna.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level engineering degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related field.
Fresh graduates welcome with relevant OJT experience (robotics or automation) or capstone project related to PLCs (Programmable Logic Controller).
Knowledgeable in PLC programming, motor controls, automation systems, and control engineering concepts.
Knowledgeable in preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, bearing maintenance, and condition monitoring.
Must possess good communication skills, a high level of stress tolerance, and the ability to lift at least 20kg.
Must be willing to work in Canlubang, Laguna (Full Onsite).

Responsibilities

Maintains PLC-controlled equipment and automation systems.
Troubleshoots PLC programs, motor controls, sensors, and automation equipment.
Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on PLC systems.
Conducts equipment inspections, condition monitoring, and failure analysis.
Supports PLC programming, control logic improvements, and automation projects.
Implements continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
