• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC programs.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, modify, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC programs to improve machine performance, reliability, and productivity.

• Analyze machine faults, PLC alarms, sensors, actuators, and control systems to identify root causes of equipment downtime.

• Implement PLC-based improvements, sequence modifications, and automation solutions to reduce cycle time and improve process efficiency.

• Monitor and optimize PLC-controlled machines, HMI systems, VFDs, servo motors, and industrial sensors.

• Conduct preventive and corrective troubleshooting of PLC and automation-related issues.

• Support machine commissioning, testing, programming, and modification of control systems.

• Develop and update PLC, HMI, electrical, and control-system documentation.

• Coordinate with production, maintenance, electrical, and engineering teams to implement process and equipment improvements.

• Perform root-cause analysis and continuous improvement activities to reduce downtime, defects, and operational losses.

• Ensure PLC modifications and automation improvements comply with safety, quality, and production requirements.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering, BS Electronics and Communications Engineering, or related course.

• Knowledgeable in machine design, automation, electrical circuits, and mechanical systems and PLC programming.
