TOYOFLEX CEBU CORPORATION is seeking a capable Design and Maintenance Engineer to design, develop, and improve production machines. The role involves troubleshooting, installing, and commissioning equipment, plus creating layouts and drawings.

You will perform preventive maintenance, conduct root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement projects while ensuring safety standards and proper documentation are followed. Fresh graduates may apply, with strong CAD skills a plus.

Qualifications

• BS Electrical Engineering or BS Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Knowledgeable in machine design, automation, electrical circuits, and PLC programming.
• Experience in root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.
• Capable of handling engineering projects, equipment-related concerns, and cost initiatives.
• Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve production machines and equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical systems.
• Create machine designs, layouts, and technical drawings.
• Support machine installation, modification, and commissioning activities.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and equipment performance evaluation.
• Coordinate with production and other departments regarding equipment concerns and improvements.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement continuous improvement activities.
• Handle engineering projects, equipment improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation.
