Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a relevant engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of PLC experience in an industrial setting.
• Proficient in PLC languages: Ladder Logic, FBD, ST.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Install PLC hardware and software per specifications and safety standards.
• Configure PLC systems for optimal performance and integration with control systems.
• Develop and modify PLC programs using Ladder Logic, FBD and Structured Text.
• Maintain and troubleshoot PLC hardware and software to prevent downtime.
• Test PLC systems and calibrate settings to ensure accuracy and performance.
• Maintain detailed records of configurations, changes and maintenance activities.
• Provide training and support to team members on PLC systems.
• Continuously improve PLC system performance and stay updated on new PLC technologies.
