Responsibilities

Install PLC hardware and software per specifications and safety standards.
Configure PLC systems for optimal performance and integration with control systems.
Develop and modify PLC programs using Ladder Logic, FBD and Structured Text.
Maintain and troubleshoot PLC hardware and software to prevent downtime.
Test PLC systems and calibrate settings to ensure accuracy and performance.
Maintain detailed records of configurations, changes and maintenance activities.
Provide training and support to team members on PLC systems.
Continuously improve PLC system performance and stay updated on new PLC technologies.
