Emapta is seeking an AI Business Process Specialist to uncover operational friction, quantify opportunities, and shape automation roadmaps that drive AI-ready value. You will build expertise across process intelligence, AI, and transformation consulting, with a career path that spans global teams while based in the Philippines.

The role emphasizes discovery planning, structured workshops, data-led analysis, and delivering roadmaps aligned with executive expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field
• More than 5 years of experience in process analysis, business analysis, or process improvement roles in BPO/shared services/consulting
• Hands-on experience mapping and quantifying operational processes, including volumes, cycle times and cost drivers
• Experience with automation or AI initiatives from opportunity identification through implementation support
• Strong ability to map processes using BPMN and document findings clearly

Responsibilities

• Design discovery plans with scope, methods, data requests, stakeholder maps, and sprint schedules
• Lead structured discovery sprints with facilitated workshops, interviews, and time-and-motion studies
• Perform data-led discovery: extract and analyze system data, apply process mining where data exists, triangulate evidence
• Map current-state processes with volumes, cycle times, handoffs, exceptions, controls, and cost drivers
• Score opportunities across value, feasibility, data readiness, risk, and change load
• Produce findings packs, opportunity portfolios, and prioritized roadmaps
• Present findings to client teams and support executive read-outs
• Convert roadmaps into delivery-ready inputs for build teams
• Support pursuits with discovery previews and effort estimates
• Build reusable discovery kits and industry reference models
• Apply discovery discipline to internal operations and maintain verification-ready baselines
• Perform other duties as assigned
