Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking an Automation Developer focused on Microsoft Power Platform to design, build, and deploy scalable automation solutions across REPH and supported Business Units.

You will work with OPEX leaders, Automation Supervisors, and business stakeholders to deliver automation initiatives, primarily owning the development and deployment phases of the automation lifecycle, while ensuring compliance with enterprise security and governance standards.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of development experience focused on automation.
• Hands-on with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience integrating apps via connectors and APIs.
• Familiar with SharePoint and enterprise data sources.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Build end-to-end solutions, including workflow automation, application development, and reporting dashboards.
• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Integrate solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, SharePoint, and data sources.
• Monitor and troubleshoot deployed automation solutions to ensure stability and performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and SMEs during requirements gathering, development, and UAT phases.
• Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and governance standards before production release.
• Produce technical documentation including process flows, design documents, and user guides.
• Support automation capability building through training and knowledge sharing.
• Stay current with Power Platform enhancements and emerging automation technologies.

• Hands‑on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience integrating applications using connectors, APIs, and data services.
• Strong understanding of workflow automation, data transformation, and reporting.
• Experience with SharePoint, Excel (VBA / Excel automation), and enterprise data sources.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Ability to design scalable, maintainable automation solutions.
• Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with strong focus on quality and delivery.
• Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to new technologies.

Good to Have:

• UiPath or other RPA platforms.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Python development (Django, REST APIs, backend services).
• SQL and database integration.
