Global Administrators Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Process Automation Developer to design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Power Automate, Office Scripts and VBA. You will collaborate with OpEx and business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable, secure workflows.
Responsibilities include testing, deployment support, documentation, and mentoring junior developers. Hybrid work setup with initial on-site trainings and provided equipment.

We are offering a hybrid work arrangement! The company will also be providing the PC and equipment needed. Although during your first month (or until the HLM approves of the transition), you will be reporting on-site to complete company and/or client-required trainings. With this, the following requirements will be required prior the on-boarding:
Minimum of 25mbps internet speed (actual bandwidth via speed test) *higher than 25mbps would be required if there will be other people in the household who would be either working from home or heavily using the internet during your shift
Dedicated space or room with good ventilation for the PC set-up.
Table that can fit two 24" monitors and a chair, ideally positioned close to the outlet and internet modem

The Process Automation Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and reliability. The role involves close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to analyze processes, identify automation opportunities, and deliver scalable solutions primarily using various automation technologies.
Coordinate closely with the Operational Excellence (OpEx) team to finalize automation requirements, scope, and success criteria.
Work with OpEx and business stakeholders during testing and validation to ensure automation solutions meet approved requirements.
Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Power Automate (cloud and desktop), Office Scripts, and VBA Macros, based on finalized and approved process designs.
Take full ownership of assigned automation initiatives, including planning, execution, and delivery according to agreed timelines.
Develop and maintain automation workflows while ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
Explore and evaluate AI or intelligent automation capabilities (e.g., document processing, basic AI connectors, or prebuilt cognitive services) and recommend practical use cases aligned with business needs.
Monitor personal project progress and milestones, ensuring work stays aligned with commitments and delivery expectations.
Proactively communicate any risks, constraints, or lapses in timelines to relevant stakeholders and leadership, with clear status updates and impact visibility.
Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and issue resolution to ensure automation solutions are stable, reliable, and ready for deployment.
Support deployment activities and provide post‑implementation support to ensure smooth handover and operational continuity.
Monitor automation performance and resolve defects or required adjustments identified during operations or support.
Create and maintain clear and complete technical documentation, including workflow logic, configurations, and support references.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior automation developers, as needed.
Proficiency in automation development using Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud and/or Desktop), Office Scripts, or VBA Macros.
Familiarity with AI‑assisted features within the Microsoft ecosystem and openness to supporting their use in automation workflows when applicable.
Experience delivering end‑to‑end automation solutions, including development, testing, deployment, and support.
Ability to implement finalized business requirements accurately in coordination with the stakeholders
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving automation issues.
Demonstrated skill in managing personal projects, timelines, and deliverables.
Proactive in communicating risks, issues, and timeline lapses clearly and on time.
Knowledge of software development best practices, including error handling, testing, and maintainable design.
Working awareness of data security, access controls, and compliance considerations in automation solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation, testing coordination, and status updates
Relevant Microsoft Power Automate / Power Platform certification is an advantage.
