Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Business Process Automation (BPA) Specialist to design, test, and support workflow automations within the Microsoft ecosystem. Hybrid work setup in MOA Complex, Pasay, offering dayshift hours.

You will gather requirements, translate them into digital workflows, troubleshoot issues, and explore AI capabilities like Copilot to boost productivity across Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Foundational experience creating or supporting basic digital automations.
• Strong systems aptitude to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Self-motivated with ability to quickly learn new software and technologies.
• High attention to detail when mapping data and configuring workflows.

• Technical Problem Solving: Strong systems aptitude with a proven ability to independently troubleshoot technical issues.
• Adaptive Learning: Self‑motivated mindset with a track record of quickly learning and adopting new software and technologies.
• Detail Orientation: High attention to detail when mapping data fields and configuring system workflows to ensure data integrity.

Preferred Skills / Expertise

• Practical development experience using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps to build custom tools.
• Hands‑on experience implementing or utilizing Microsoft Copilot and similar generative AI tools in a workspace.
• Core background in corporate IT support, business systems administration, or database management.
• Experience working within a professional services firm or contributing to structured continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
