Job summary

Innodata Inc. is seeking a Technical Business Analyst in the Philippines to bridge business transformation with technology-enabled solutions. You will identify automation, analytics, and AI opportunities and translate business needs into actionable designs.

You will gather and validate requirements, facilitate workshops, and support UAT, deployment readiness, and benefits realization while collaborating with cross-functional teams. A strong background in IT/Business disciplines is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (IT/CS/IS/Engineering/Business Admin).
3–5 years in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Digital Transformation, or related roles.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Exposure to UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar RPA technologies.
Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements; facilitate workshops; create BRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
Identify automation opportunities, assess use cases, support workflow automation, AI-enabled solutions, system integrations, and business case development.
Act as liaison between business and technical teams, support planning, UAT, deployment readiness, and solution validation.
Support process redesign efforts, evaluate performance improvements, and track realized benefits.
Evaluate emerging technologies including AI, GenAI, low-code platforms, analytics, and automation tools.
