Based in Ortigas, you'll lead discovery sprints, map current-state processes, and quantify benefits from AI and automation initiatives, building a data-driven transformation program with global impact.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in process analysis or business analysis, ideally in BPO or consulting.
- Experience mapping and quantifying processes, including volumes and cycle times.
- Experience with automation or AI initiatives from identification to implementation.
Responsibilities
- Design discovery plans and run structured sprints with client teams.
- Map current-state processes with volumes, cycle times, and cost drivers.
- Produce opportunity heatmaps and roadmaps for executives.
- Validate deliverability with AI Engineering tower before roadmap inclusion.
- Create findings packs and evidence to support numbers presented.
