Job summary

Innodata Inc. is seeking an experienced Delivery Leader to own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of AI/ML programs in the Philippines. You will translate client goals into actionable roadmaps, manage scope and budgets, and drive governance through executive reviews.

You will lead delivery managers and coordinate across engineering, data science and operations, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes for CXO-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and delivery governance for multi-account AI/ML programs.
• Executive client ownership and CXO-level engagement experience.
• Experience delivering complex IT services or AI/ML solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery roadmap for a portfolio of AI/ML programs.
• Translate client goals into structured plans with milestones and metrics.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets and resources across engagements.
• Set governance cadence and lead executive reviews and updates.
• Lead delivery managers and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation across programs.

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering / computer science

MBA or equivalent

PMP or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
