Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile/data-driven environment.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools (Jira/Confluence), data visualization, SQL, and knowledge of modern AI/analytics stacks.
• The ability to understand conceptual AI/data models, spot biases, and evaluate model outputs.

Responsibilities

• Identify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate fluency in business processes and process differentiation.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes.
• Solve unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business.
• Operate with no supervision in a complex environment.
• Support the development of a roadmap for a particular business.
• Strategize, plan, and ensure proper execution of organizational change management activities.
• Understands and analyzes current business processes, and identifies gaps and pain points of the client.
• Coordinates with business users and project managers for data gathering.
• Documents high-level and detailed user requirements that may span multiple business domains.
• Documents current and to-be business processes and high-level product requirements specifications.
• Documents detailed functional and non-functional requirements (i.e. Performance/Turnaround Time, Data Retention, Usability, Interoperability, etc.)in use-case format.
• Create a walkthrough deck in preparation for the UAT proper.
• Documents user manuals and training decks for post-implementation support.
