You will contact clients, negotiate payment arrangements, resolve account issues, and maintain accurate records while delivering professional and customer-focused service. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree with 10 months to 2 years in Financing/Bank/Collection Agency/BPO, preferably in auto-loan, and possesses strong negotiation,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 10 months to 2 years in Financing/Bank/Collection Agency/BPO, preferably auto-loan.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on early-stage delinquent auto loan accounts (1–30 days past due).
• Contact clients to remind them of payment obligations and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Resolve account issues and maintain accurate records of collections activities.
• Ensure timely collections while delivering professional, customer-focused service.
