Our Operations Team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Ortigas in the role of Collections Officer.

In this role you will manage long‑outstanding auto loan accounts through reconciliation, adjustments, and effective collection actions. You will support the resolution of delinquent accounts and contribute to achieving collection targets.

What the role will entail

• Reconcile and review auto loan accounts to support timely collection and resolution
• Implement account maintenance such as reversals, adjustments, and client information updates
• Record all collection actions accurately in the system
• Endorse accounts for skip tracing, field visits, or repossession when necessary
• Facilitate insurance claims and process redemption requests
• Respond to customer concerns professionally and resolve issues within standard timelines
• Assist in achieving unit targets by supporting co-collections associates

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in either Business, Accountancy, Management, or Finance is preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in credit or collections, preferably in auto or consumer loans
• Working knowledge of collections processes and basic banking operations
• Detail‑oriented with strong communication and coordination skills
