• Respond to customer concerns professionally and resolve issues within standard timelines.
• Assist in achieving unit targets by supporting co-collections associates.

In this role you will manage long-outstanding auto loan accounts through reconciliation, adjustments, and effective collection actions. You will support the resolution of delinquent accounts and contribute to achieving collection targets.
