Job summary

Nowcom Global Services, LLC in Manila seeks an Inventory and Transport Operations Support specialist. The role focuses on remarketing operations, identifying gaps, and coordinating with multiple departments and partners to resolve exceptions and build vendor processes.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, has data analysis interest, and can collaborate with external vendors. Training will be provided in Ortigas with NCR-based eligibility and a graveyard shift.

Auction Payables Admin

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for assisting the Remarketing Operations control and management of

Inventory and Transport processes. A key duty in this role will be to work closely to identify gaps

in the operation procedures and coordinate with the various departments and partners in

managing these exception items.

This position will assist the operations supervisor in onboarding new vendors and will play a key

role in building the operations for these new vendors. In addition, this employee will work closely

with the inventory staff and auctions as well as mediate processes concerning internal

departments such as Titles, Repo Vendor Management and Collections.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with internal departments on status updates and exception procedures

• Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments to support department operations
