Job summary

ApexBridge Inc. is seeking an experienced AU Payroll Officer to work independently in Cebu, providing day-to-day support to an Australian Payroll Manager.

The role involves assisting with payroll processing, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring payroll tasks are completed accurately and on time. You will process weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll, handle employee changes, leave, allowances and deductions, and prepare payroll reports.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years Australian payroll experience.
• Experience with Xero Payroll, MYOB, KeyPay/Employment Hero or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of STP, PAYG, superannuation and leave entitlements.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Australian accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred.
