Open Access BPO in Makati City is seeking a Payroll Associate to support end-to-end Australian payroll for multiple entities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You will focus on accurate data entry, validating payroll inputs, and ensuring timely payroll processing for employees across Australia.

In-person training is provided; remote work thereafter. Minimum 1 year of Australian payroll experience, HR admin, data processing, or shared services, with hands-on payroll system usage, and

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Australian end-to-end payroll, HR administration, data processing, or shared services, with hands-on experience using payroll systems.
• Familiar with Australian payroll legislation (ATO, superannuation, Modern Awards).
• Experience with larger payroll systems such as iChris/Chris21, SAP, Oracle, Preceda, Pay Global, or similar.

The Payroll Associate is responsible for supporting the end-to-end processing of Australian payroll for multiple entities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role focuses on accurate data entry, validating payroll inputs, and ensuring timely payroll processing for employees across Australia.

Details are as follows:

Earn up to ₱40,000

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Australian end-to end payroll, HR administration, data processing, or shared services, with hands-on experience using payroll systems.

Familiar with Australian payroll legislation (ATO, superannuation, Modern Awards).

Experience with larger payroll systems such as iChris/Chris21, SAP, Oracle, Preceda, Pay Global, or similar. BPO/Shared Services experience supporting Australian or APAC clients.
