Job summary

Acquire Intelligence in Eastwood, Quezon City, is seeking an Australian Mortgage Loan Processor to manage residential mortgage applications from collection to settlement. You will communicate with borrowers, verify documents, and ensure lender requirements are met.

The role requires strong knowledge of Australian mortgage processes, end-to-end processing, and excellent customer service over phone, email and Zoom.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of direct Australian mortgage industry experience.
• Experience processing Australian mortgage applications end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of Australian lender processes and documentation requirements.
• Experience preparing and submitting Australian loan applications.
• Experience liaising directly with Australian mortgage clients.
• Knowledge of approval, documentation and settlement processes.
• Australian mortgage experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage Australian mortgage applications from initial processing through to settlement.
• Prepare accurate loan applications for submission to lenders.
• Review application information for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with lenders, brokers, valuers, solicitors and other stakeholders.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure pipeline accuracy and compliance.
