Job summary

Emapta is seeking an Australian HR Generalist to support end-to-end HR for the Australian market from our Makati office. You will handle onboarding, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, and lifecycle management, ensuring accurate documentation and timely responses to inquiries.

The role requires 5+ years of AU HR experience, visa processing knowledge (Subclass 482/PR), and strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end Australian HR experience.
• Hands-on onboarding, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, lifecycle management and offboarding.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and practices.
• Experience with Australian visa processing (Subclass 482 and PR).
• Proven AU-specific employee relations and compliance management.

Responsibilities

• Draft Australian employment agreements, variations, HR communications.
• Manage shared HR inboxes and resolve queries promptly.
• Oversee onboarding, hires, transfers, leaves, promotions and separations.
• Support AU compliance and internal policies in day-to-day operations.
• Maintain secure, compliant employee files and HR systems.
