Qualifications
- At least 5 years of end-to-end HR Generalist experience predominantly supporting the Australian market
- Hands-on experience across onboarding, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, employee lifecycle management, and offboarding
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, HR compliance requirements, and employment practices
- Experience managing employment contracts, HR documentation and correspondence, lifecycle changes, employee queries, and shared HR inboxes
- Experience with Australian visa processing and compliance, including Subclass 482 and/or Permanent Residency (PR) processes
- Proven ability to manage AU-specific employee relations, compliance, and HR operations beyond recruitment or talent acquisition
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint, including mail merges, VLOOKUPs, and PivotTables; familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot
- Strong communication, accuracy, organization, discretion, and ability to manage competing HR priorities
- Willing and able to work onsite in Makati
Responsibilities
- Draft Australian employment agreements, variations, HR correspondence, and employee documentation
- Manage shared HR inboxes and coordinate timely resolution of employee relations, HR, and stakeholder queries
- Administer end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, hires, transfers, promotions, leave changes, and separations
- Support AU employee relations, HR operations, and compliance matters in line with Australian employment practices and internal policies
- Maintain accurate, secure, and compliant employee files, HR systems, workflows, and records
- Prepare Subclass 482 and Permanent Residency visa documentation, coordinate with migration providers, and maintain compliance records
- Process HR invoices and support employee benefits, service recognition, tenure, travel, mobility, and relocation activities
- Produce HR reports, workforce data, and people metrics and improve templates, registers, and processes for greater compliance and efficiency
- Support HR projects, team initiatives, and broader end-to-end people operations
