Job summary

MA Financial Group is seeking an HR Analyst to support the People Operations team in Manila and Australia, handling HRIS data entry, employee records, and lifecycle transactions with accuracy and privacy compliance.

The role targets an early-career HR professional (1–2 years) who is detail-oriented and skilled at data handling, supporting HR stakeholders across locations in Manila and Australia.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in People Operations or HR Administration.
• Experience using an HRIS to create and maintain employee records and process transactions.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain employee profiles and records in the HRIS.
• Process lifecycle transactions: new hires, changes, transfers and terminations.
• Validate data requests and ensure approvals and documentation are complete.
• Maintain data integrity across HR systems and confidentiality standards.
