Fig Advisory in the Philippines is seeking an Australia Logistics Coordinator to manage movement of goods, deliveries, and transport operations for Australian clients. The role requires attention to detail, proactive problem solving, and clear communication with suppliers and customers.

You will coordinate shipments across Australia, schedule bookings, maintain records, and support operations with reporting and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Logistics Coordination, Supply Chain, Freight, Transport, or related roles.
• Experience supporting Australian logistics or transport operations is highly regarded.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience using logistics, freight, ERP, or transport management systems is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across Australia.
• Schedule deliveries, collections, and transport bookings.
• Monitor shipment progress and ensure on-time delivery.
• Liaise with freight carriers, suppliers, and customers.
• Resolve delivery issues and transport delays promptly.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.
• Prepare reports and update logistics systems.
• Monitor inventory movement and order status where required.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and efficiency.
• Assist with other operational and administrative tasks as needed.
