Job summary

Fig Advisory in the Philippines is seeking an Insurance Coordinator to support Australian clients across commercial and general insurance. You will handle policy administration, renewals, quotations, documentation, and insurer communications to ensure timely service.

The role collaborates with Australian brokers and underwriting agencies, requiring strong attention to detail, excellent English, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance administration, insurance broking, policy servicing, underwriting, or a similar role.
• Experience supporting Australian insurance businesses or clients is highly regarded.
• Understanding of commercial and general insurance products.
• Familiarity with insurance terminology, policy schedules, endorsements, premiums, limits, excesses, and coverage.
• Experience handling insurance documentation and policy administration.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, clients, policies, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of commercial and general insurance policies.
• Maintain accurate client and policy information.
• Update records in client databases and internal systems.
• Assist with new business, renewal, and policy servicing requirements.
• Follow up clients for outstanding information and documentation.
• Review policy information and identify missing or inconsistent details.
• Monitor policy changes, renewal dates, and outstanding requirements.
• Provide timely administrative support to Australian brokers and clients.
• Escalate complex, urgent, or technical matters to the appropriate broker or team member.
• Maintain file integrity in broker management and policy systems.
