Locad in Makati City, Philippines, is seeking an AU Operations Executive to link our Manila team with an Australia-based warehouse partner. You’ll monitor SLAs, resolve issues, and ensure smooth AU fulfillment during Sydney hours from our Makati office.

You’ll coordinate daily operations, track key metrics, and collaborate with CS to keep customers updated. This role offers exposure to international logistics and growth within a fast‑moving startup.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics or a coordination-heavy role.
• Comfortable working Sydney hours from Manila.
• Strong cross-functional communicator with attention to detail.
• Data-driven with ability to read reports and spot trends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily with Australia-based warehouse partner on inbound, outbound, and inventory operations.
• Monitor SLA performance across fulfillment, delivery, and returns.
• Work with CS team to resolve order/shipment issues and provide timely updates.
• Track key operational metrics and report on AU market performance.
• Escalate warehouse or carrier issues and drive resolution.
• Maintain documentation to support continuous improvement.
• Support ad hoc projects to scale AU operations.
