Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
- At least 1 year of IT support, service desk, or application support experience.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting practices, OS, hardware, software, and basic networking.
- Knowledge of ITSM practices and ticketing systems; experience with accounting/audit apps is a plus.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and IT issues reported by users.
- Monitor, analyze, and resolve service requests and incidents with timely resolutions.
- Assist in installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of IT systems and access requirements.
- Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business users to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain documentation of incidents, solutions, and knowledge base materials.
