Job summary

HRTx Inc is seeking an experienced IT Support Operations Leader in the Philippines to oversee daily IT support activities, mentor staff, and ensure SLA-compliant resolutions. You will manage networks, hardware, software, and system configurations while driving security and performance improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS and at least 5 years in IT support with a supervisory background. Strong knowledge of ITSM tools and ticketing systems is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 5 years of IT support experience, with supervisory or leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking and systems administration.
• Experience with IT service management tools and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily IT support activities, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Supervise, mentor, and support IT support staff to ensure high performance and service quality.
• Monitor IT systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure performance and security; support upgrades and integrations.
• Maintain documentation and prepare reports on IT performance, incidents, and system status.
