Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring an ICT Procurement Specialist (B2B AU Telco) in Taguig (Onsite, Day shift). You will manage end-to-end procurement, raise and process POs for Buy to Consume/Sell, track deliveries, and coordinate GRN/RMA with Cisco, HPE, and Akamai vendors. Grow with a dynamic team serving the Australian telco space.

You will handle back orders, issue resolution, and proactive communication to meet SLAs, delivering accurate ETAs and insightful reports for operations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of procurement, order fulfilment, or supply chain operations within Managed Network Services environments.
• Hands-on experience with vendor portals such as Cisco, HPE, and Akamai.
• Strong PO lifecycle knowledge: GRN, RMA, and back orders.
• Experience in managing SLAs, expediting deliveries, and issue resolution.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and transactional troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Raise POs for Buy to Consume and Buy to Sell, and manage PO approvals.
• Process POs on vendor portals: Cisco, HPE, Akamai; track deliveries and ETAs.
• Ensure accurate GRN processing and manage returns (RMA) end-to-end.
• Produce concise reports such as back order reports and COE; expedite deliveries as needed.
• Resolve parked invoices and aged transactions; communicate status to stakeholders.
• Provide accurate ETAs to the business and customers; coordinate warehouse activities.
