Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines (BGC, Taguig) is seeking an ICT Supply Chain Operations Analyst (Onsite, Day shift) to manage end-to-end procurement for Buy to Consume/Sell in SAP, coordinating with Cisco, HPE, and Akamai.

Responsibilities include raising POs, PO approvals, tracking delivery ETAs, GRN processing, returns, and reporting. The role supports a dynamic Australian telco client and offers growth in a high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in procurement, order fulfilment, or supply chain ops within Managed Network Services environments.
• Hands-on with vendor portals such as Cisco, HPE, and Akamai.
• Understanding PO lifecycle, GRN, and RMA processes.
• Experience in managing SLAs, back orders, and expediting deliveries with vendors.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and troubleshooting transactional/process issues.

Responsibilities

• Raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs) for Buy to Consume and Buy to Sell scenarios and obtain PO approvals.
• Process POs on direct vendor portals (Cisco, HPE, Akamai).
• Track order delivery, communicate ETAs, and handle back orders.
• Process GRN accurately as items are delivered in parts or full.
• Manage end-to-end return process and generate concise reports (back order).
• Expedite deliveries with vendors and ensure SLAs are met or exceeded.
• Identify and resolve system/process issues and resolve parked invoices.
• Provide accurate ETAs to business and customers.
• Support warehouse activities as part of the RMA process.
