You will manage supplier relationships and drive efficient procurement operations within manufacturing, transport and logistics sectors. The role focuses on maintaining supplier accounts, processing orders and payments, resolving issues, and collaborating with finance and operations to ensure seamless P2P cycles.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in supplier account management, procurement or related P2P functions.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and P2P cycles.
• Proficiency with ERP platforms (SAP or JD Edwards) and MS Office.
• Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal stakeholders.
• Professional certification in procurement or supply chain (preferred).
• Experience in manufacturing, transport or logistics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain supplier accounts with accurate records and compliance.
• Process purchase orders, invoices and payments timely.
• Resolve supplier issues and escalations professionally.
• Conduct supplier performance reviews and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with finance, operations and procurement to execute P2P cycles.
• Monitor supplier compliance with contracts and SLAs.
• Maintain supplier databases and data integrity across systems.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of suppliers.
