Job summary

Boomering in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, is seeking two Recruitment Consultants to join a fast-paced team supporting Australia vacancies. The role focuses on recruitment delivery, candidate engagement, and ownership from sourcing to placement.

You will source, screen, interview, and manage candidates through Bullhorn, work high volumes, and meet weekly KPIs while delivering a professional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment delivery or end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and qualification skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through SEEK, Bullhorn, and other channels.
• Conduct high-volume outbound candidate calls and follow-ups.
• Interview, register, and qualify candidates against live vacancies.
• Submit qualified candidates for suitable vacancies and conduct reference checks.
• Coordinate medicals, inductions, interviews, and candidate mobilisation.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline information in Bullhorn.
• Take ownership of vacancies from sourcing to placement and start.
