Outsourced.ph is a leading Philippines-based offshore outsourcing company providing remote staff to international clients. We are recruiting a Payroll Officer to oversee end-to-end payroll for approximately 400 employees, ensuring accurate processing, onboarding/offboarding, reconciliations, and compliance.

The role requires Australian payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to collaborate with finance and HR while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Australian payroll experience, including end-to-end payroll processing for a sizable workforce
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll compliance (PAYG, superannuation, payroll tax, FBT)
• Experience with payroll reconciliations and general ledger accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll for approximately 400 employees
• Oversee fortnightly payroll processing and review leave allocations
• Review and approve payroll calculations (salaries, bonuses, deductions)
• Process salary allocations for each pay run
• Process quarterly superannuation payments and reconcile to GL
• Maintain accurate payroll records in HR/payroll systems
• Handle onboarding/offboarding and HR documentation for new hires
• Calculate termination payments and off-cycle payments as required
• Perform payroll-related GL reconciliations and salary/bonus accruals
