Job summary

enablesGROUP is seeking a Payroll & Accounts Officer to support Australian payroll processing and daily accounting for retail stores. Based in Ortigas, Pasig, the role ensures accurate payroll, statutory compliance, AP processing, and daily bank reconciliations.

Two years of Australian payroll and accounting experience, proficiency in Xero, and knowledge of Australian awards are preferred. This onsite role offers growth through learning programs and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Australian payroll experience.
• Proficient in Xero and familiar with Tanda.
• Knowledge of Australian Modern Awards and PAYG compliance.
• Ability to handle confidential payroll data with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll for retail staff in Xero using timesheets from Tanda.
• Process supplier invoices and manage accounts payable with accuracy.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
