Geidi IT Services Inc. is seeking a proactive Payroll/Accounts Officer to support an Australian client from Ortigas Center, Pasig.

The role combines payroll processing with AR/AP responsibilities and general accounting support, requiring meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. The successful candidate will handle end-to-end Australian payroll, verify timesheets, maintain records, respond to payroll queries, and prepare reports.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in payroll, accounts or finance.
• Experience with Australian payroll is highly preferred.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end Australian payroll accurately and on time.
• Manage and verify timesheets, attendance records, and other payroll-related information.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and supporting documentation.
• Respond to payroll queries and assist in resolving discrepancies.
• Prepare payroll reports and other required documentation.
• Support compliance with applicable payroll requirements and company policies.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing, billing, and monitoring outstanding accounts.
• Follow up on outstanding balances and assist with collections.
• Process Accounts Payable (AP) invoices and coordinate payments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
