Job summary

enablesGROUP in Pasig is seeking a Senior Payroll Officer to own the end-to-end fortnightly payroll function for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SCHADS Award, Fair Work, and NES. You will collaborate with Finance, HR, rostering, and external providers to manage deductions, reporting, and payroll-related processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in Australian payroll processing.
• Experience with SCHADS Award, Fair Work and NES.
• Experience with PAYG, superannuation, STP and statutory obligations.
• Experience in salary packaging and not-for-profit benefits.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end fortnightly payroll for all employees and ensure accuracy.
• Assist with year-end payroll reporting and ATO finalisation.
• Support payroll audits and compliance activities.
• Respond to employee payroll queries and assist rostering teams.
• Maintain payroll data integrity and process documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and controls.
