Job summary

enablesGROUP is hiring an Accounts Payable Officer in Ortigas, Pasig, PH. You will manage the full AP function, processing supplier invoices, reconciling statements, and resolving queries in a timely manner.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting and 3+ years of Australian AP experience, with proficiency in Xero/QuickBooks/Microsoft Dynamics and strong Excel skills. Hybrid work arrangement and opportunities for career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 3 years’ Australian Accounts Payable experience is preferred.
• Experience with AP processes and supplier invoices.
• Proficient in Xero, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics or similar systems.
• Strong MS Excel and reporting skills (VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to liaise with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Process creditor and supplier invoices and credit notes per approvals.
• Handle AP queries timely and professionally.
• Reconcile creditor statements and investigate price/quantity discrepancies.
• Maintain supplier/vendor data and set up new suppliers.
• Process payments and post payment journals; issue remittance advices.
• Support cross-functional teams and document processes; handle ad hoc duties.
