Job summary

Fig Advisory is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, drive process improvements, and ensure high-quality service delivery for Australian clients. This role requires hands-on leadership of multiple teams and a focus on performance, accountability, and operational excellence.

You will bridge Australian clients with Philippine-based teams, implement SOPs, manage KPIs, and support growth through effective planning, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Operations Manager or similar leadership roles.
• Experience managing teams, workflows, and service delivery.
• Background in outsourcing or professional services is an advantage.
• Experience with Australian clients or international stakeholders is valued.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and common productivity tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work onsite in the Philippines on an Australian shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficient workflows and timely service delivery.
• Develop and monitor operational plans aligned with objectives and client requirements.
• Establish clear processes, priorities, and performance expectations across teams.
• Monitor workload distribution and team capacity to maintain efficiency.
• Lead, supervise, and coach team leaders and employees to achieve targets.
• Manage client relationships and ensure service delivery meets expectations.
• Prepare and present operational reports and track KPIs.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce delays and costs.
