Hammerjack is hiring an AU Insurance Administrator in Pampanga with hybrid work options. You will maintain client records, coordinate renewals, prepare quotes, and manage communications for Australian clients.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of Australian insurance experience and are proficient with INSIGHT, WinBEAT or OfficeTech. Strong organization and clear communication are essential for timely support and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Australian insurance experience.
• Experience using INSIGHT, WinBEAT, OfficeTech or similar platforms.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent multitasking with keen attention to detail.
• Proactive, collaborative, process-driven work approach.
• Ability to follow established processes and work independently.
• Clear communication to report progress and issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client records and organise digital files for accuracy and compliance.
• Save invoices and related records in the Document Management System.
• Manage emails to support timely responses and documentation.
• Coordinate pre-renewals and prepare templates, emails and schedules.
• Assist renewal processing by highlighting changes and claims history.
• Prepare comparative quotes using client data and claims history.
• Retrieve debtor reports and send statement reminders as needed.
• Track and manage claims in the CRM with up-to-date records.
