Job summary

Qualifications

• Must obtain PNR Red CPR for Professional Rescuer certification; prior experience is advantageous.
• College degree or equivalent.
• Experience in guest or customer service is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the safety of guests and employees is the highest priority.
• Conduct pre-opening inspections of assigned location and prepare for opening.
• Ensure minimum required personal protective equipment is present and in good repair.
• Report any missing or damaged personal protective equipment to Supervisor.
• Clearly communicate instructions and safety announcements to guests.
• Operate Attractions exactly as trained by trainer/supervisor and SOP.
• Administer and coordinate emergency first aid as necessary.
• Screen all guests to ensure they meet the physical requirements of the attraction.
• Ensure adequate through-put of the attraction by efficient operation.
• Monitor guests and assist scared guests safely.
• Evacuate the attraction and assist guests through evacuation methods.
