Job summary

Melco Resorts & Entertainment Manila is seeking an Officer in the Control Room to monitor non‑gaming operations, respond to alarms, and ensure a safe and secure environment while delivering high levels of internal and external customer service.

Responsibilities include managing resources via radio/telephone requests, operating CCTV, maintaining access systems, assisting in training, compiling reports, and upholding health and safety policies across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year CCTV experience.
• Experience with security access control systems.
• Experience with Photo ID applications is favorable.
• Tertiary level education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observes and monitors persons on premises using CCTV camera systems and reports security breaches.
• Allocates resources and tasks by responding to requests and logging information.
• Responds to alarms and maintains Security Access System.
• Monitors emergencies and coordinates communications.
• Performs administrative tasks including reports and statistics.
• Assists in training of new Officer, Control Room.
• Adheres to Health and Safety policies and corporate policies.
• Supports other departments as required.
