Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years’ work experience in a 5 star hotel including 3 years in Front Desk.
• 1–2 years’ experience in the same capacity desirable.
• Degree holder in any field or equivalent professional training.
• Understanding of Hotel Property Management System (Opera).
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility in the absence of higher authorities in situations requiring management support.
• Monitor hotel performance standards and report issues as needed.
• Maximize daily room revenue by monitoring status and room availability.
• Oversee lobby and public areas operations to ensure quick and courteous guest service.
• Maintain logs of incidents and feedback; drive remedial actions and follow-up.
• Coordinate with Heads of Departments on issues during duty and communicate directives.
