Job summary

Qualifications

• Must obtain PNR Red CPR for Professional Rescuer certification.
• Prior experience is an advantage.
• College degree or equivalent.
• Customer-oriented with good English communication.
• Flexible in working hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest and employee safety is the highest priority.
• Perform pre-opening inspections and prepare the location for opening.
• Ensure PPE is present and in good repair.
• Communicate safety instructions to guests and monitor attraction operation.
• Operate attractions only as trained and certified.
• Administer and coordinate emergency first aid as necessary.
• Evacuate the attraction and assist guests during evacuations.
• Follow SOP and report unsafe conditions.
