Job summary

Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited is seeking an Officer, Control Room to monitor non-gaming operations and maintain a safe, secure environment. This role emphasizes high-level customer service to internal and external customers.

Reporting to the Senior Officer, Control Room, you will manage CCTV monitoring, respond to incidents, coordinate communications during emergencies, and support training of new staff in a dynamic hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year CCTV experience.
• Experience with security access control systems.
• Experience with Photo ID applications is favorable.
• Tertiary level education preferable.
• Excellent English communication and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Observes and monitors CCTV on premises and reports security breaches.
• Allocates resources and responds to phone/radio requests; records progress.
• Acknowledges, responds and logs alarms within the required time frame.
• Maintains Security Access System and coordinates access control.
• Monitors and coordinates communications during emergencies.
• Assists in training new Officers, Control Room staff.
• Performs administrative tasks including reports and statistics.
