Responsibilities

• Triaging client requirements to assign the correct resources for technical scoping opportunities.
• Gathering information to ensure a comprehensive scope is understood and communicated back to the customer (e.g., technical scoping documents).
• Support multiple opportunities across clients, aligning to high-value accounts for in-depth knowledge and relationships.
• Act as escalation and support for delivery consultants when engaging with customers in a solutions capacity.

About the job Associate Technical Solutions Architect

We are seeking for anAssociate Technical Architect to join our professional services cyber solutions team. This role is vital in understanding client challenges, we are portfolio of cyber security services and how these can be combined to develop our clients cyber security maturity. This is a great opportunity for a current security-testing delivery person (e.g. Penetration Tester) to move into the cyber solution and scoping architect space.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

• Quality assurance of client-facing documents, including both proposals and methodology literature, to ensure the solution proposed by the organization meets the clients requirements, and that the proposed solution can provide the client deliverables necessary. The majority of the documents in question are highly technical in nature.
• Liaising with Solution Design Team members to agree on deliverables as part of the formal internal sign off process (QA); or influence change in the response based on evidence.
• Triage of client requirements to ensure the correct resource is assigned to support technical scoping opportunities.
• Gathering information and ensuring a comprehensive scope of requirements is understood and can be communicated back to the customer. This information may be in written form (such as a technical scoping document).
• Working across a range of clients in a centralized manner to provide technical solution support to multiple opportunities, with the opportunity to align to a small subset of high value accounts to generate in depth knowledge and relationships.
• Acting as an escalation and support team for delivery consultants when they engage with customers in a solutions capacity.
