Job summary

HRTX is seeking a proactive Solution Architect / Pre-Sales Specialist to support security operations and client engagements in the Philippines. You will understand the product portfolio, assist with scoping, and generate customer proposals.

You will capture customer requirements, influence new technical developments, and collaborate with sales teams to progress proposals and RFPs. Strong communication and team spirit are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in scoping and designing client solutions.
• Knowledge of cyber security concepts and how they apply to client environments.
• Excellent written communication with clear, concise messaging.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Solution Architects and complete scoping questionnaires with clients.
• Maintain a high-level understanding of the technical product portfolio.
• Undertake technical pre-sales engagements including generation of customer proposals.
• Support Sales and Accounts team to nurture and progress client proposals and RFPs/Tenders.
• Capture and provide customer requirements and feedback on existing products.
• Influence new technical developments/approaches within our markets.
• Engage with sales teams to introduce new initiatives.

Job description

• Provide support to other Solution Architects for elements such as completing scoping questionnaires with clients.
• Have a high-level understanding of the technical product portfolio.
• Undertake technical pre-sales engagements, including but not limited to:
• Generation of customer proposals
• Supporting Sales and Accounts team to nurture and progress client new business wins and existing business retention in proposals and RFPs/Tenders.
• Capture and provide customer/business requirements and feedback on existing products.
• Providing input to/influence new technical developments/approaches within our markets.
• Undertake the initial Pre-Sales ticket triage process
• Engage with our sales teams to introduce new initiatives

Qualification

• A willing to understand technology and processes related to the Security Operation Centres (experience or understanding of Splunk, Microsoft, Carbon Black and Crowdstrike knowledge is a bonus) and related activities. Nice to have
• Experience in scoping and designing client solutions. Must have
• Cyber Security knowledge with evidence of the ability to learn and understand challenges and solutions.
• Ability to aid colleagues with visualizing, conceptualizing, articulating problems and constructing solutions.
• Excellent written communication skills: the ability to structure and articulate written communications in a persuasive and succinct form as well as grammatically correct.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
