Job summary

HRTX in the Philippines seeks an Associate Technical Solution Architect to ensure quality of client-facing documents and align proposed solutions with client needs. You will collaborate with the Solution Design Team to finalize deliverables and guide technical scoping across multiple opportunities.

You will triage requirements, gather scope details, and communicate them clearly to customers. This role supports delivery consultants and serves as an escalation point for accurate, high-quality

Qualifications

• Ability to read technical content such as network diagrams (HLD/LLD).
• Experience in managing client interactions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to provide technical guidance to QA processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
• Presentable, confident, proactive, articulate.

Responsibilities

• QA of client-facing documents to ensure the proposed solution meets client requirements.
• Liaise with Solution Design Team to agree on deliverables for internal sign-off.
• Triage client requirements to assign appropriate resources for technical scoping.
• Gather information and communicate comprehensive scope back to customer.
• Support multiple opportunities across various clients with potential focus on high-value accounts.

About the job Associate Technical Solution Architect

• Quality assurance of client-facing documents, including both proposals and methodology literature, to ensure the solution proposed by the organizationmeets the clients' requirements, and that the proposed solution can provide the client deliverables necessary. The majority of the documents in question are highly technical in nature.
• Liaising with Solution Design Team members to agree on deliverables as part of the formal internal sign off process (QA); or influence change in the response based on evidence.
• Triage of client requirements to ensure the correct resource is assigned to support technical scoping opportunities.
• Gathering information and ensuring a comprehensive scope of requirements is understood and can be communicated back to the customer. This information may be in written form (such as a technical scoping document).
• Working across a range of clients in a centralized manner to provide technical solution support to multiple opportunities, with the opportunity to align to a small subset of high value accounts to generate in depth knowledge and relationships.
• Acting as an escalation and support team for delivery consultants when they engage with customers in a solutions capacity.
