Job summary

HRTX in the Philippines is seeking a pre-sales consultant to support Solution Architects, scope client needs, and contribute to security-focused proposals. You will engage with sales teams to nurture opportunities and capture feedback on products.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to visualize and articulate complex technical challenges. A security mindset and willingness to learn are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Solution Architects by completing scoping questionnaires with clients.
• Understand the technical product portfolio at a high level.
• Undertake pre-sales engagements, including customer proposals.
• Support Sales to progress proposals and tenders.
• Capture customer requirements and provide feedback on products.
• Influence new technical developments for markets.

Job description

• Provide support to other Solution Architects for elements such as completing scoping questionnaires with clients.
• Have a high-level understanding of the technical product portfolio.
• Undertake technical pre-sales engagements, including but not limited to:
• Generation of customer proposals
• Supporting Sales and Accounts team to nurture and progress client new business wins and existing business retention in proposals and RFPs/Tenders.
• Capture and provide customer/business requirements and feedback on existing products.
• Providing input to/influence new technical developments/approaches within our markets.
• Undertake the initial Pre-Sales ticket triage process
• Engage with our sales teams to introduce new initiatives

Qualification

• A willing to understand technology and processes related to the Security Operation Centres (experience or understanding of Splunk, Microsoft, Carbon Black and Crowdstrike knowledge is a bonus) and related activities. Nice to have
• Experience in scoping and designing client solutions. Must have
• Cyber Security knowledge with evidence of the ability to learn and understand challenges and solutions.
• Ability to aid colleagues with visualizing, conceptualizing, articulating problems and construct solutions.
• Excellent written communication skills; the ability to structure and articulate written communications in a persuasive and succinct form as well as grammatically correct.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
