Job summary

HRTX is seeking a Technical Solution Architect to lead quality assurance of client-facing documents, ensuring the proposed solution meets the client's requirements and delivers the necessary outcomes.

You will collaborate with the Solution Design Team to define deliverables, triage client requirements, and provide technical guidance across multiple opportunities, supporting delivery consultants as an escalation and specialist resource.

Qualifications

• Read and understand technical content such as network diagrams (HLD/LLD).
• Ability to manage client interactions effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Provide technical guidance to QA processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Presentable, confident, proactive, and articulate.

About the job Technical Solution Architect

Responsibilities:

• Quality assurance of client-facing documents, including both proposals and methodology literature, to ensure the solution proposed by the organization meets the clients' requirements, and that the proposed solution can provide the client deliverables necessary. The majority of the documents in question are highly technical in nature.
• Liaising with Solution Design Team members to agree on deliverables as part of the formal internal sign off process (QA); or influence change in the response based on evidence.
• Triage of client requirements to ensure the correct resource is assigned to support technical scoping opportunities.
• Gathering information and ensuring a comprehensive scope of requirements is understood and can be communicated back to the customer. This information may be in written form (such as a technical scoping document).
• Working across a range of clients in a centralized manner to provide technical solution support to multiple opportunities, with the opportunity to align to a small subset of high value accounts to generate in depth knowledge and relationships.
• Acting as an escalation and support team for delivery consultants when they engage with customers in a solutions capacity.
